- How does onboarding work?
- Onboarding takes 1–2 weeks. We request read/write access to your PLM environment, review your existing template and workflow, map our process to your internal standards, and run a pilot batch of 5–10 styles before going to full capacity.
- Is this a white-label model?
- Yes. We operate as a silent extension of your in-house team. All work is created under your brand's PLM account with your naming conventions and templates. We do not brand our output unless requested.
- What is the turnaround time on a retainer?
- Standard turnaround within a retainer is 3–5 business days per spec sheet. Growth and Enterprise retainer clients receive priority SLA with guaranteed daily bandwidth. Complex styles may require additional time — always communicated in advance.
