- What is included in a tech pack?
- Every tech pack includes construction specifications, a full BOM (Bill of Materials), measurement chart with tolerances, detailed stitching callouts, colour references, label and trim placement, and care instructions. We deliver PLM-ready formats or structured PDF depending on your workflow.
- How long does a tech pack take?
- Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days per pack for woven and knit styles. Complex styles such as denim or outerwear with multiple construction details may require 5–7 business days. Rush delivery in 24–48 hours is available at a premium.
- Can you work inside my PLM system?
- Yes. We have live experience working within Centric PLM, YuniquePLM, Lectra, and TukaTech. We can create and update specs natively inside your system under a retainer model. See our PLM-Integrated Design service for details.
- What file formats do you deliver?
- We deliver structured PDF tech packs, Excel BOM spreadsheets, and PLM-native formats on request. Flat sketches are provided as AI, PDF, or PNG. We can match your existing internal template if you provide one.
- How many revisions are included?
- All packages include two rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Additional revision rounds are available at our standard hourly rate. For volume retainer clients, revisions are handled within 24 hours as part of the SLA.
